RITES Limited is looking for to appoint eligible and desirous young, energetic professionals candidates, who are highly motivated, inspired and dedicated [only Indian Nationals] to join its fold as ‘Deputy General Manager (Legal) & Manager (Legal)’ on regular basis.
Brief Summary of Vacancies:-
1. Deputy General Manager (Legal):- VC No. 134/15. [i] Vacancy: 01. [ii] Age: Max. 40 years as on 01st Jan. 2016. [iii] Salary: Rs. 29,100/= pm. [iv] Qualification: Candidates are required to have possessed Graduate with LLB Degree Or Integrated LLB Degree. [v] Experience: Should have minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
2. Manager (Legal):- VC No. 135/15. [i] Vacancy: 01. [ii] Age: Max. 38 years as on 01st Jan. 2016. [iii] Salary: Rs. 24,900/= pm. [iv] Qualification: Candidates are required to have possessed Graduate with LLB Degree Or Integrated LLB Degree. [v] Experience: Should have minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience.
Note:- Experience of practice in High Court and Civil Courts, handling labour cases, knowledge of statutory rules, legal compliances, knowledge of statutory rules, legal compliances and experience in handling legal matters pertaining to drafting, vetting & review of contracts/ commercial ventures/ service & establishment matters and good knowledge of arbitration. Equivalent experience in legal profession working as in-house counsel in Govt. Depts./ PSU/ Companies shall also be considered. But experience gained after completion of degree shall only be considered and experience of Internship shall not be counted.
Candidates are required to have possessed full time Degree approved by UGC/ AICTE; from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India.
Selection Procedure:- Selection will be done on the basis of educational qualification, experience and performance of the candidate in the Skill Test and Personal Interview [as applicable as per post]. Screening will be based on the details provided by the candidate; hence, it is necessary that applicants should furnish only accurate, full and correct information. The final decision of selection will be at the discretion of the management.
Medical Examination:- Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination which will be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
Probation Period:- Selected candidates will be initially on probation for Two years. Candidates will be required to successfully clear the screening for confirmation of their services at the end of the probation period.
