RITES Limited is looking for to appoint eligible and desirous young, energetic professionals candidates, who are highly motivated, inspired and dedicated [only Indian Nationals] to join its fold as ‘Personal Assistant/ Stenographer/ Jr. Assistant (HR) & Technical Assistant’ on regular basis.
Note:- This is a Special Recruitment Drive for SC, ST & Persons with Disability (PWD) on regular basis.
Brief Summary of Vacancies:-
1. Personal Assistant/ Stenographer:- VC No. 3/16. [i] Vacancies: 05 [3-SC; 1-ST; 1-PWD]. [ii] Age: Max. 27 years as on 01st March 2016. [iii] Salary: Rs. 9,200-22,400/ = pm. [iv] Qualification: Candidates are required to have Full Time Graduate degree in any discipline & have Shorthand Speed – 80 w.p.m. in English.
2. Junior Assistant (HR):- VC No. 4/16. [i] Vacancies: 06 [6-ST]. [ii] Age: Max. 27 years as on 01st March 2016. [iii] Salary: Rs. 7,300-17,800/= pm. [iv] Qualification: Candidates are required to have Full Time Graduate degree in any discipline & Typing speed (On computer) 35 w.p.m in English/ 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
3. Technical Assistant (Electrical):- VC No. 5/16. [i] Vacancy: 01 [1-SC]. [ii] Age: Max. 27 years as on 01st March 2016. [iii] Salary: Rs. 10,700-26,000/= pm. [iv] Qualification: Candidates are required to have Full Time diploma in Electrical Engineering.
4. Technical Assistant (Electrical):- VC No. 6/16. [i] Vacancy: 02 [2-ST]. [ii] Age: Max. 27 years as on 01st March 2016. [iii] Salary: Rs. 10,700-26,000/= pm. [iv] Qualification: Candidates are required to have Full Time diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Note:- It is mandatory that candidate should possess full time degree approved by UGC/ AICTE; from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
Selection Procedure:- Selection will be done on the basis of educational qualification, experience and performance of the candidate in the Skill Test and Personal Interview [applicable as per post]. Screening will be based on the details provided by the candidate; hence, it is necessary that applicants should furnish only accurate, full and correct information. The final decision of selection will be at the discretion of the management.
Written Test:- Written Test or Skill Test [as per post] will be conducted at RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan Plot No. 1, Sector 29 Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana. Date & Time:- To be notified later.
Medical Examination:- Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination which will be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
Travelling Allowance:– The candidates shall have to appear for test/ interview at their own cost. Candidates will make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging for the duration of test/ interview. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Tenure:- The appointment will be initially on probation for two years. Candidates will be required to successfully clear the screening for confirmation of their services at the end of the probation period.
