Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank intends to employ eligible and suitable candidates, who are highly motivated, inspired, dedicated and prepared to put in arduous field work and have been declared qualified at the Online CWE-III for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014 [only Indian Nationals] through Online for the position of “Officer Scale-I & Office Assistant (Multipurpose)" on regular basis.

[i] Officer Scale-I:- Vacancies: 02. [i] Age: As per Bank Rule. [ii] Salary: Rs. 37,395/= pm.

[ii] Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- Vacancies: 07. [i] Age: As per Bank Rule. [ii] Salary: Rs. 19,394/= pm.

Eligibility Criteria:- Candidates' eligibility criteria will be measured as per RRBs CWE-III Advertisement published in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 28th June – 4th July, 2014 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website:

Pre-Requisite Qualifications:- Candidates must have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and have obtained required scores.

Language Proficiency:- The candidates applying for the posts of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State/ UT English. Should have Local language at any level above 10th Std. and up to Graduation level.

Probation Period:- Selected candidates will be on probation for Two years in case of Officers (Scale I) and One year in case of Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

Selection Procedure:- Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in RRBs-CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview.

Application Fees [Non-refundable & Non-transferrable]:- All candidates are required to pay an amount of Rs. 100/=. And Rs. 20/= from SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM category candidates.

Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of "ARUNACHAL PRADESH RURAL BANK", by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website

Interview Centers:- Interview will be conducted at the "NAHARLAGUN/ ITANAGAR" Centers and the complete address of the venue will be displayed on the Bank's website, one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

Service Bond:- Candidates selected for the posts of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) & Officer Scale-I have to execute a BOND agreeing to pay to the Bank a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/= Lakh in the event of their leaving the bank’s job on their own, within a period of Three Year from the date of their joining services of the Bank.

Candidates must ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the Online Application form while applying for RRBs-CWE III conducted in September/ October 2014) is kept functioning during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.

Applicants are required to go to the Bank’s website: and click on the link “Careers”. After that, open the Recruitment Notification and go ahead to fill the particulars vigilantly in the Online Application Form.

No other means/ mode of application will be acknowledged. No application shall be accommodated beyond the specified date. Candidates are advised to submit their Online Applications well in advance without waiting for the closing date to avoid rush. Application which are not in conformity with the requirements will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The Application printout along with required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for Interview. The applicant is required to sign and affix his/ her photograph on such printout of application.
